Delivery Destinations & Estimated Times:

  • United States (US): 3 to 5 business days.

  • Europe: 4 to 7 business days.

Standard and Express shipping rates will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Virdiscent ritual. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order.

 

How it works:

  1. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging due to hygiene and health protection guidelines.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement item within 3 to 5 business days.
